Alternatives
Alternatives allow you to directly tailor search terms for enhanced accuracy. In SPARQUE Hub, you can manage your alternative sets. An alternative set maps one term to another, for example, "mouse" and "mice". If a user searches for “mouse”, all products with the word “mice” will also be indexed. However, if a user searches for “mice", products with “mouse” will not be indexed.
Alternative sets are always contained in alternative lists, which act as the foundation for organizing and managing them. Depending on your needs, you can create one or multiple lists. Without a list, it is not possible to create or store redirect sets.

Dataset in SPARQUE
Each alternative set is stored in SPARQUE Desk. For each set, an object is created. Each object includes a unique identifier with term, alternative, and label as attributes. This object can be used in SPARQUE strategies.
Using Labels
Within each alternative set, you can set a label. This can be useful to manage multiple alternative sets within one list for multiple channels.
